It is hard to find ways to move forwards on your own. With me, you can face your issues outright, approach them from new angles and this will make going forwards easier for you. The coaching is effective as we use various coaching methodologies and a full toolbox of exercises.

MY PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
I have 20 years of management experience, 14 of which as a middle manager, where my duties included developing the company’s strategy as well as setting the focal points of the field and implementing them. As Head of PR, I had a major role in communication during the merger of two large companies, i.e. the biggest possible change processes.
I conduct 1:1 coaching and team coaching sessions in companies and organisations. I have led more than 500 practical coaching sessions. My client base includes younger and more experienced managers from fast-developing and progressive companies such as Bolt, Wise, Directo and Elisa. I have provided pro bono coaching to teachers and family doctors.
I am a certified Executive Coach, 2021 ICF-Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and 2022 ICF-Professional Certified Coach (PCC).
Some of the words that describe me as a coach are professionalism, passion and persistence. My greatest strength is my ability to create an optimal growth plan with a manager. I aim to support managers in finding solutions to their issues and new, out-of-the-box perspectives. My main coaching topics are the strategic planning of work, setting targets and measuring results, achieving results, building a unified team, solving communication issues with a manager or co-managers and hiring new employees. Some managers wish to become better time managers, in-house or public performers or more confident leaders or to simply figure out their future plans.
I have work experience in both the public and the private sector. I have worked in the Ministry of Social Affairs and the Ministry of Internal Affairs and, for the past 14 years, in entertainment and communication company Elisa. As a manager and executive coach, I am an active spokesperson in media and I have taught seminars on modern management styles and building a personal brand for managers at various universities and companies.
